Beltline AAPI Exhibit: If you haven’t had a chance to check it out already, the ABC's of AAPI exhibit, a series of illustrations of influential Asians like Bruce Lee, Anna May Wong, and Fred Korematsu, will be up on the Beltline will be through June 30th. Details here.

Call for Latin American Artists - Nuestra Creacion, an annual showcase of Latin artists in the South, and Mint ATL have put out a call for artists' submissions, which will be part of an exhibit this fall in honor of Latin American Heritage Month. Deadline for submissions is July 1st. Details and application here.

Arabic Summer Language program: The Alif Institute, Atlanta's Arabic cultural center, is offering a variety of different summer Arabic language programs including a domestic study away, Intensive Arabic, and children's Arabic. *Arabic language scholarships are available for high school students. Philippine Festival: Kalayaan Family Fun Day: An activity packed festival featuring everything from a 3K run to dance performances to martial arts demonstrations, as well as traditional Filipino foods including pancit, halo halo, and braso de mercedes. 4758 S. Launch of City of Atlanta’s Language Access Plan: Mayor Andre Dickens will be officially launching iSpeak ATL - an initiative to make services more accessible in multiple languages. Mastering Asian Rice class - Chef Sunisa, originally from Thailand, will be teaching students how to cook multiple rice dishes including traditional fried rice, sticky rice with labb pork, and sweet rice with fresh mango. 105 E Main Street, Woodstock, GA 30188. 7pm-9:30pm. Details here.
